Bezy

Bezy

3 białka
200 g cukru
szczypta soli

Piekarnik rozgrzać do 160 °C. Dwie blachy wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia.

W średniej misce ubić białka na sztywną pianę (najlepiej mikserem), dodając szczyptę soli.
Następnie powoli dodawać cukier, cały czas ubijając.
Gotową masę nałożyć do rękawa cukierniczego (najlepiej z ozdobną końcówką) i wycisnąć na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia, zostawiając niewielkie odstępy.
Bezy włożyć do piekarnika i piec ok 40 minut, aż będą suche.
Studzić na kuchennej kratce.

I guess there is no person who is not able to bake meringues. From that recipe they come out light and crispy, melting in your mouth. Not too sweet - just perfect.
It is better to add the granulated sugar - the mass will be stiffer and doesn't subside.

{Meringues}

3 egg whites
200 g sugar
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 160 °C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In the medium bowl beat egg whites (using an electric mixer) and add a pinch of salt.
Still beating, very gradually add sugar to egg whites.
Ready-made meringue mixture by sleeve pastry (preferably with a decorative tip) squeeze into prepared baking sheets, leaving a small space apart.
Meringues put into the oven for about 40 minutes, until they are dry.
Cool completely on baking sheets.
